Correlation Analysis of Knowledge About the Value of Medical Record Usage with Officers Behavior in Filling Medical Record Documents at Lavalette Hospital, Malang

Abstract
Introduction: The knowledge of medical record officers regarding the use value is very important, complete and whether or not medical records are inseparable from the role of officers in filling out medical record documents. The purpose of this study was to find out how the knowledge and behavior of officers in filling out medical rekm documents at Lavalette Hospital Malang. Methods: quantitative research cross sectional approach. Results: The result obtained is a value of p value = 0.002, so that a p value of 0.002 < a value of α = 0.05 is interpreted as H1 received which results in a relationship of knowledge about the use value of medical records with the behavior of officers towards filling medical record documents at Lavalette Hospital. Conclusion: Knowledge of the use value of medical records consisting of administrative, legal, financial, research, education, documentation, public health and planning and marketing influences the behavior of officers towards the filling of medical record documents at Lavalette Hospital.
