Abstract

Introduction: Immunization or vaccines are one of the ways to provide immunity to babies. In the MUI fatwa, it is explained that immunization is basically allowed (mubah) as a form of effort to realize immunity and prevent the occurrence of a certain disease. WHO shows that in 2015 there were 19.4 million children who did not get immunizations. Equatorial Guinea is 20%, and 16% Indonesia ranks 4th with a percentage of 81% after the Ethopian State. Currently, based on basic health research (Rikesdas) in 2015, the coverage of complete basic immunization nationally has only reached 53.8%, while aceh province has only reached 37.0%. The purpose is to find out the anxiety of mothers about the issue of halal immunization with the incidence of mothers not giving vaccines to toddlers (0-5) years. Methods: in Research using analytical research design with a crossectional approach. This research has been carried out in the Julok Puskesmas Working Area with a total population of 50 respondents. The sampling method in this study was carried out with the Total Sampling technique. Results: research shows that there is a relationship between maternal anxiety about the issue of halal immunization and the incidence of mothers not giving vaccines to toddlers (0-5) years old and obtaining a value (P-Value = 0.013< 0.05). Conclusion: The suggestion from this study is that mothers can find true information about the issue of halal haram immunization not only believe in the issues that are circulating today and it is hoped that the village concerned needs to pay more attention to the community – especially health workers who are in the village as they are concerned and when providing basic immunization to children under five.
