TERAPI AKTIFITAS KELOMPOK SOSIALISASI (TAKS) SESI 1-4 MENURUNKAN TINGKAT DEPRESI PADA PENDERITA HIV POSITIF

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan
masalah psikologis seperti depresi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa
perbedaan tingkat depresi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok
Sosialisasi (TAKS) pada penderita HIV positif di Yayasan Bina Hati Surabaya.Desain
penelitian ini adalah One Group Pra-Post Test Design dengan menggunakan quota
sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah
kuesioner tingkat depresi berupa pertanyaan tertutup dengan 21 item pertanyaan. Hasil
uji statistik yang menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, p <α maka H0 ditolak, H1 diterima artinya
ada perbedaan tingkat depresi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Terapi Aktivitas
Kelompok Sosialisasi (TAKS) pada penderita HIV positif di Yayasan Bina Hati
Surabaya. Peneliti menyarankan untuk dapat memprogramkan Terapi Aktivitas
Kelompok Sosialisasi (TAKS) bagi penderita HIV positif yang masih mengalami depresi.

ABSTRACT
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a disease that can lead to psychological
problems such as depression. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in
the level of depression before and after Socialization Activity Group Therapy in HIVpositive
patients in Bina Hati Surabaya. This Design study is One Group Pre-Post Test
Design using quota sampling and sample number are 32 respondents. Instrument used
are questionnaires the level of depression in the form of closed questions with 21 items
of questions. Results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, p <α then H0, H1
accepted meaning that there are different levels of depression before and after
Socialization Activity Group Therapy in HIV-positive patients in Yayasan Bina Hati
Surabaya. Researchers suggest that it could program an Activity Group Therapy
Socialization for HIV-positive patients who are still depressed.
